This model has oversize tanks from the original as a result the upper mounting bracket in front of the radiator that holds the front plastic bumper on it needs to be modified as to not touch the oversized tanks of the radiator.

    I'm using this for a different model than recommended, a 2017 Polaris Ace 900 XC. It fits fine and cools well, but I really wish you'd design one for my model. No one else has one except Polaris, and the XC model is the one that really needs a heavy duty radiator.

    I am running a Yamaha Apex motor in my RZR 800 and this Radiator is exactly what I needed for the proper cooling of this larger motor.
